What you Contribute
Must be spiritually embodied, self-led, and aligned with the Soul Academy mission

You uphold our energetic standards of integrity, professionalism, and soul-led service.
Refer clients into the Soul Academy ecosystem when you see aligned opportunities (and we do the same in return) supporting the collective as a unified field.
You manage your own business, pricing, bookings, and clients at all times.

Hold valid insurance + follow Soul Academy policies
You cover the room hire & event space costs separately, if required:
– $30 per session for room hire.
– Event space hire & collaborations are quoted and discussed before booking.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do I have to pay a percentage of my sessions to Soul Academy?
No. You keep 100% of your session income.
Do I pay commission on referrals from Soul Academy?
No. All referrals are gifted to you as part of your membership.
How often will I be promoted by Soul Academy?
At least once per month through features on our social media, newsletters, or community groups.
Do I use Soul Academy’s booking system?
No. You use your own booking platform. Your website or booking link will be connected to your Soul Academy profile.
Are event costs shared?
Yes. Event collaborations are discussed individually with the Soul Academy team to ensure fair and aligned energy exchange.
Do I pay room hire fees for in-person sessions or events?
Yes. Room hire fees apply for all in-person use of Soul Academy venues.
Is this employment or subcontracting?
No. This is a voluntary paid membership for independent Lightworkers. You operate your own business, and there is no employment relationship.

2. Review and sign the Practitioner Policies & Procedures documents (emailed to you)
3. Activate your membership via the payment link (monthly direct debits - cancel any time)
4. Once confirmed, you’ll be added to the ecosystem and announced within the collective.
